This delicious sirloin shredded pork is one of my favorite dishes to entertain friends or family because it does not require the chef to spend too much time. Just mix all the ingredients and let the oven do the job! This gives you plenty of time to make side dishes, clean the house or hang out with your loved ones. This is one of the better-tasting dishes the next day, so you can prepare it the day before and reheat it before eating. I like to pair it with the comfortable side, such as mashed sweet potatoes or rice. Leftovers are great for tacos or sandwiches.

Combine smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, oregano, and red paper in a small bowl to make spices.

Put the sirloin in the roasting pan and spread the spice mixture on all sides of the meat. Flip the sirloin in a pan until the fat side is facing up, then sprinkle the chopped onion and garlic cloves on both sides.

Stir the wine and tomato sauce together and pour around the sirloin. Add enough broth to the pot so that the liquid covers 3/4 of the side of the meat. If additional liquid is needed, add water. Cover the pan tightly with foil and simmer in the oven for about 5 to 6 hours, or until the meat is tender.

Scrape and discard the fat. Use a fork to mash the garlic cloves into a sauce, then chop the beef brisket.

Pour the meat into the sauce in the pan. Season with additional salt and pepper and adjust seasonings as needed.

Place the uncovered breast meat under the broiler for 5 minutes to make the top slightly crispy.

Serve the brisket with your favorite noodles, or use it in tacos, sandwiches, or salads.
