This is a recipe that has been around forever but is definitely one you need in the regular rotation. It’s a delicious dinner for a busy night of the week and a great switch up to traditional pot roast. A perfect slow cooking Sunday supper idea.

I made this yesterday and it was delicious! So easy! I only put 4 pepperoncini peppers in and slightly less juice since not all my kids handle heat well, but I could’ve gone the full amount no problem. I’ll be making this often! It was perfect for having a great dinner hot and ready in the small window between piano lessons and youth activities. Thank you!

Can you do this in a instant pot? How long do you think it would take? Thank you for sharing your wonderful recipes.
