Wondering what to make for dinner? Need some inspiration? Here's our list of suggestions: dinner recipes that take less than an hour of mostly hands-off time. Yes, there will be pasta (or noodles!) and, yes, it will be delicious. We'll be here every Friday with five weeknight dinners, including recipes, shopping lists, and everything you need to streamline your week ahead.

There's a quick and colorful selection of meals to make this week. Start with the coziest of soups on Monday, then progress to a 25-minute chicken dinner on Tuesday that eats kind of like pizza sans the cheese (and with hummus). Get over hump day with meatballs that are both beefy and healthy, then scoot into Thursday for a one-pan pasta where cauliflower takes a central role (it's also a 25-minute dinner, in case you're counting). Round out the week with a sheet-pan dinner that's both easy and healthy—if you didn't think you could have a sheet-pan meal with delicate fish filets, this recipe will surprise and delight you.

The produce and fresh ingredients you need to buy for your meals this week:

Start the week with this quick, crowd-pleasing soup that spotlights everyone's favorite cruciferous vegetable. Broccoli is cooked two different ways for its star turn: Simmered until tender for the base and roasted for the garnish. It's so good, everyone will want seconds!

You could call it an open-faced sandwich, but we think this 25-minute chicken dinner is best cut into wedges and eaten like a pizza. The combination of chicken, hummus, cherry tomatoes, radicchio, and feta is very Mediterranean in all the tastiest ways. The recipe calls for grilling the boneless, skinless chicken breasts halves, we're staying inside and getting out the grill pan.

We're all about making vegetables and whole grains the focus of the plate and eating less meat (but not giving up on it all together). This recipe does that in a wonderful way; the meatballs are half meat and half zucchini and cooked quinoa. Another reason to love this recipe? It's a quick route to a delicious meatball dinner on a weeknight. What's not to like?!

Another night, another 25-minute dinner! We love the technique for this one-pan pasta; the thick spaghetti-type noodle cooks in what becomes the sauce and finely chopped cauliflower is added before the dish is finished under the broiler.

You know we love a sheet-pan dinner. (OK, we adore any type of one-dish dinner!) Kick back while the oven does the work tonight, then enjoy the meaty bass fillets with healthy greens and sweet potatoes. We're using capers again tonight, this time in a parsley, oil, and vinegar sauce that's drizzled over the meal just before serving.

The return of pumpkin spice is more pervasive this fall than ever before, with the cinnamon-laced blend finding its way into everything from wheels of cheese to trash bags.
