| We're both manufacturer and trader. We have 2 joint venture factories located in Chaozhou and have BSCI / SEDEX certificates. We have been engaged in this field for 19 years. | ||||

| 60% for Europe, 20% for North America, 15% for Asia and Australia, 5% for others. | ||||
| 3. Is there a requirement of minimum order quantity? | ||||
| Normally it's 1000 pcs per shape per pattern. Some collections are flexible and we can discuss. We also have JOYYE branded stocks for small quantity orders. | ||||
| 4. Can you accept sample order? | ||||
| Normally we provide 1 set of sample for free. For extra sets, we will refund samples cost once order is placed. | ||||
| 5. How long is your delivery time? | ||||
| For products in stock, we can send out within 7 working days after receiving payment if no adjustment or 30 working days with new packaging requests. If not, normally it's 75-90 days upon sample approval and LC / deposit received. | ||||
| 6. Can you accept OEM? | ||||
| Yes, we have a strong R&D team, 12 designers in China and 1 Holland designer team. | ||||
| 7. Can I have the exclusivity of your designs in our market? | ||||
| Yes. We can hold exclusivity for you on condition of meeting our specific MOV. We hold exclusivity for you 6 months from ETD. | ||||

| Normally we work with customers under L/C at sight or T/T 30% as deposit, balance upon copy of B/L terms. |
